Based on surveys of and interviews with senior executives in the real estate and related industries, the report provides an inside look at the thoughts of nearly 200 CEOs and other senior executives in real estate and related industries on key issues and trends that will impact their businesses in 2008. Findings reveal that despite worries over the contraction of financial markets, most U.S. real estate executives believe industry fundamentals are solid and that overseas growth will mitigate the softening of the domestic market.
